Account Executive – Nonprofit Sector

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the nonprofit sector across Australia. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to leverage Salesforce’s AI‑powered CRM and empower organisations delivering essential community services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy for nonprofit organisations, building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Lead strategic sales engagements from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing and Partners to create tailored account plans.
• Stay informed on sector trends, government funding models and procurement cycles to anticipate opportunities.
• Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to position the company as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in health, care or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of health & human services, aged care and disability sector priorities, including funding and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders and funding cycles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
