Account Executive

About the role

Join Marsh's Risk Management team in Melbourne as an Account Executive. This hybrid full‑time position focuses on growing and servicing a portfolio of high‑value priority accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage tailored risk management and insurance programmes for clients.
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with key client decision‑makers through regular communication and meetings.
• Oversee risk and insurance programme renewals, ensuring compliance with major insurance categories and regulations.
• Represent Marsh at industry events and client functions to build a professional network.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in insurance broking with a developing understanding of business and organisational risk management.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering excellent client engagement.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Tier 1 FSRA compliance; ANZIIF or tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
