Senior Account Executive - Strata

About the role

Marsh Risk is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Affinity – Strata Team. The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney and operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage business within a nominated Strata portfolio, cultivating strong client relationships.
• Provide ongoing client service, including risk and insurance program administration and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal departments and insurer partners to negotiate favourable solutions.
• Support business development by proactively identifying new opportunities within the existing client base.

Required profile

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in general lines insurance broking.
• Clear communication skills with a strong dedication to client service.
• Ability to work independently within a multi‑skilled team and manage workload under pressure.
