Account Executive – Insurance Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Account Executive to join Marsh’s Health and Benefits team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and will involve managing a portfolio of small‑to‑medium Australian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted consulting advice on group life and salary continuance insurance to SME clients.
• Work with the placement team on renewals, insurer negotiations, policy documentation and client reporting.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with specialists across the business to manage complex client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all account activities.

Required profile

• Excellent client relationship skills with confidence communicating at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in an insurance or financial services environment.
• Well‑developed analytical ability to turn complex information into clear advice.
• High attention to detail in policy documentation, reporting and record‑keeping.

Required skills

• Knowledge of group life insurance products.
• Knowledge of salary continuance insurance products.
