Account Executive – Health & Benefits

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Account Executive to join its Health and Benefits team in Sydney. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and offers the chance to manage the Group Life SME Facility for small‑to‑medium business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the SME Facility, including policy administration, renewals, endorsements and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Maintain high‑standard documentation, records and compliance.
• Grow the portfolio by introducing relevant products and services.
• Support onboarding of new business and manage changes to existing arrangements.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting operational work in a client‑service, insurance or administrative environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience in group life, insurance facilities or related financial services (nice‑to‑have).
