Account Executive – Expansion (Mid‑Market) – ANZ

About the role

Deel is looking for an Account Executive focused on Expansion within the Mid‑Market segment for the ANZ region. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and deepen relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate revenue through upselling and cross‑selling to existing Mid‑Market customers.
• Own and manage a book of accounts, cultivating relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Consult clients on internal processes and recommend expanded use of Deel’s payroll and HR solutions.
• Lead regular business reviews to showcase value, address challenges, and propose new solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other functions to ensure seamless execution of expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within payroll, HR, or related enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving upsell and cross‑sell targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with team objectives.
