About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a part‑time Zone Manager for the MECCA Marion store. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate store staff to meet KPIs and uphold brand values.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail teams.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
