Workplace Experience Facilities Manager

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high‑quality workplace environment in Sydney. The role blends facilities management with workplace experience to support employee productivity, wellbeing and organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality workplace experience aligned with organisational culture and business goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and front‑of‑house services.
• Oversee vendors and contracts, ensuring strong performance, compliance and value.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across workplace facilities.
• Drive sustainability, resource efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities management, workplace experience or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive and organised approach with ability to manage competing priorities.
