Web Developer

About the role

Refuel Creative, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Adelaide, is looking for an experienced, Adelaide-based Web Developer. The role focuses mainly on web apps, API integrations and HubSpot-related products, with additional projects in WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Shopify and BigCommerce. It is an in-house position within a team environment, working with clients and remote developers.

Key responsibilities

• Build websites and themes in HubSpot and WordPress, and maintain custom plugins and complex integrations and API connections
• Work on API integration projects between HubSpot and third-party systems, and HubSpot design and development projects
• Write and maintain technical documentation as the team grows
• Contribute to the design phase with feedback to ensure designs are feasible and follow web accessibility guidelines
• Develop easy-to-use, accessible and well-designed websites

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of industry experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Web Development or similar, or equivalent industry experience
• Team player who shares the company's values and wants a career-growth path

Required skills

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript/node.js, React and PHP
• Managing code in GitHub
• Server and database management; Google Cloud or AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless platforms are desirable
• Preferred: UI/UX design, experience integrating AI-driven tools, and HubSpot CMS
