Veterinary Associate – Full‑time at Westcourt Clinic

About the role

Greencross Westcourt‑Cairns is looking for a full‑time Veterinarian to join its brand‑new clinic in Westcourt, Cairns. The role includes Saturday work and offers exposure to small‑animal practice as well as native wildlife cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care for small animals and a variety of native wildlife, including wallabies, birds, reptiles and amphibians.
• Utilise clinic facilities such as consult rooms, surgical theatre, radiology, isolation and recovery wards to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Collaborate with experienced vets, nurses and groomers in a team‑based environment.

Required profile

• Qualified veterinary degree registrable with the Queensland Veterinary Surgeons Board.
• Commitment to mental health, work‑life balance and gold‑standard patient care.
