Account Manager – Diabetic Pump Therapy (Brisbane)

About the role

Join a global medical technology organisation dedicated to empowering people living with diabetes through innovative insulin management systems. This role is based in Brisbane and focuses on sales growth, clinical education, and customer support across Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue, account activation and targets across the QLD territory.
• Execute national marketing initiatives and contribute insights to support territory planning and business strategy.
• Ensure accurate, timely updates within the CRM and assist with product delivery and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Diabetes Educators and Endocrinologists.
• Deliver high‑quality training to clinicians and support patients beginning pump therapy.

Required profile

• Experience in medical devices, diabetes care, biomedical science or clinical education is highly advantageous.
• Strong relationship‑building capability and confidence working with both clinicians and patients.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with clinical specialists, sales colleagues, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and education.
