Travel & Cruise Consultant – Remote Sales Role

About the role

As a Travel & Cruise Consultant you will design unforgettable cruise vacations for customers through phone and email interactions. You will work from home, leveraging quality leads to build tailored cruise packages and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and recommend cruise packages, including fly‑cruise combinations.
• Create customized itineraries that match customer preferences and budgets.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and deposit targets.
• Collaborate with Air and Land Support, ship inspection, and customer service teams to ensure seamless bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Travel or Cruise Consultant (minimum 2 years).
• Proven track record in inbound call‑center sales.
• Strong motivation to achieve KPIs and sales goals.
• Excellent phone etiquette and natural sales acumen.
