Training and Development Coordinator

About the role

Flinders Port Holdings is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to support the growth and development of its workforce. You will collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate training activities, manage learning records, and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training and development activities aligned with business needs.
• Manage training records and administer Workday Learning and other LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor training requirements, prepare reports and identify process improvements.
• Support financial administration of training, including tracking expenditure, processing invoices and monitoring budgets.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).

Required skills

• Experience with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Word and SharePoint.
