About the role

Join Drake International’s Adelaide team as an entry‑level Recruitment Consultant and learn the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for white‑collar temporary and permanent roles. You’ll receive structured training, coaching and the chance to build your own client and candidate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate job orders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders.
• Source, screen, interview and place high‑quality candidates.
• Support temporary workforce requirements from onboarding through ongoing management.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase account revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑focused mindset with a competitive drive.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Resilience, initiative and a hunger to learn.
