Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

About the role

ANZUK is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a desk within the South Australian schools market. You will develop new business, build trusted relationships with school leaders, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for educator talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a 360 recruitment desk across South Australian schools.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and market engagement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with school leaders, acting as a genuine recruitment partner.
• Source, engage and develop high‑quality educator talent locally and internationally.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement.
• Provide clients with informed recruitment advice and market insights.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in 360 agency recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates.
• Strong business development skills and a track record of generating new client opportunities.
• Resilience and drive to succeed in a target‑focused agency environment.
• Full, ongoing Australian working rights.
• Experience recruiting within education or another relationship‑led specialist market is a plus.
