Territory Sales Manager – Adelaide

About the role

Join Nestlé's Field Sales Team in the Impulse channel as a Territory Sales Manager based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You will own a defined territory, develop strategic sales plans and build strong customer relationships while driving growth for a market‑leading portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet territory targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular face‑to‑face meetings, needs analysis and negotiation.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and reports.
• Achieve KPIs such as shelf management, presell, compliance and high‑impact displays.
• Identify in‑store opportunities like incremental distribution and off‑location displays.
• Provide leadership to a team of merchandisers.
• Travel regionally, including a six‑weekly trip to Yorke Peninsula and attendance at conferences and sales meetings.

Required profile

• Field sales or retail experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Valid full driver’s licence and Australian working rights.
