Territory Manager - Vocera

About the role

Join Stryker as a Territory Manager in the Vocera division, based in Adelaide and covering South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will promote and sell Vocera’s communication and workflow software to hospitals and aged‑care organisations, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities across the designated territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow accounts and progress deals through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from C‑suite executives to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful software implementation.
• Provide tailored solutions that improve workflow, communication and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Customer‑centric mindset and commercial acumen to grow the territory.
• Ability to analyse data and trends for planning and forecasting.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, SaaS or related industries is preferred.
