Territory Manager – Vocera

About the role

Join Stryker’s Vocera division as a Territory Manager based in Adelaide, covering South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will promote and sell Vocera’s clinical communication and workflow software to hospitals and large aged‑care organisations, helping them improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities across the assigned territory, focusing on hospitals and aged‑care providers.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow existing accounts and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from C‑suite executives to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with customer‑success and technical teams to ensure successful software implementation and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide tailored solutions that enhance communication, streamline workflows and optimise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer‑centric approach to grow the territory.
• Ability to analyse data and trends for planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills for multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• Experience selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, SaaS software or related solutions.
• Understanding of both public and private hospital sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
