Team Manager – Personal Injury

About the role

Allianz is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead its Personal Injury team in Charlestown, NSW. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, compliance with legislative timeframes, and delivering high‑quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of personal injury professionals to achieve organisational objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring best practices, exemplary customer service and a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, monitor service standards and ensure compliance with KPIs, contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Deliver key projects within agreed standards and timeframes, contributing to overall business success.
• Represent the team in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience within the Workers Compensation scheme.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and leading change.
• Experience delivering on contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
