Talent Partner – Mid‑Level Recruitment Specialist

About the role

WeelWeel is looking for a Talent Partner to help build the teams that will drive the next stage of growth. You will work closely with hiring managers across engineering, product, design, go‑to‑market and other functions to understand hiring needs and create a compelling candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring briefs, define success criteria and manage end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, talent pools and recruitment tools.
• Provide market insight, advise on talent availability and keep hiring managers informed of trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in TeamTailor and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Passion for finding great people and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to ask the right questions, dig deeper and assess candidates beyond their CVs.
• Experience working with hiring managers across multiple business units.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
