Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Goodstart is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for its Centre Support Office and support broader talent initiatives. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will build pipelines, manage migration and visa sponsorship, and contribute to employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full recruitment cycles across multiple Centre Support Office portfolios, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn, SEEK, SuccessFactors, Boolean search and professional networks.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines and communities for current and future workforce needs.
• Support migration and visa sponsorship processes and coordinate the employee referral program.
• Assist the wider TA team during peak periods and contribute to branding, projects and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in an internal or high‑volume environment.
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent‑pipelining capability using various platforms and techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to create trusted relationships.
• Organised, solutions‑focused and adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and willingness to obtain National Child Safety training.
