Supply Chain & Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join a well‑established global distributor of high‑performance industrial equipment based in central Brisbane. As a Supply Chain & Customer Service Officer you will be the primary liaison between customers, internal teams and logistics partners, overseeing the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotes and order processing.
• Coordinate product availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with warehouse, operations and procurement teams to ensure on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delivery or order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline (highly regarded).
• Proven experience in a supply chain, customer service or order management role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP/CRM systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
