Striker - Field Sales Representative, Blacktown

About the role

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) for Red Bull Australia, you will own a defined geographical territory and deliver executional excellence across corporate and independent retail and P&C accounts. Your goal is maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with 'Perfect Store' standards, while representing the brand at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Own your territory and deliver against key targets and metrics across independent, corporate grocery and P&C accounts, building strong relationships with third-party partners
• Complete all allocated calls and visit accounts regularly, increasing distribution width and depth with existing customers and converting new leads in non-traditional channels
• Drive in-store presence and win cold-can and cashier placements across all channels, improving share of space in-store using category insights
• Presell and execute displays during promotional periods on corporate and independent accounts

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience; FMCG experience preferred but not essential
• Valid and full driver's licence
• Qualified to work in Australia
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Required skills

• Good working relationships, strong selling skills including negotiation and objection handling, and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, detail-oriented, able to work alone and in a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
