About the role
Join Square’s Account Management team to help high‑value Australian sellers grow and scale using Square’s integrated, omnichannel solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic guidance and shaping solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own long‑term, high‑impact partnerships with a diverse portfolio of mid‑market business owners.
- Provide tailored strategic advice to maximise the value sellers receive from Square’s platform.
- Identify growth opportunities, influence product adoption, and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
- Represent seller interests internally, synthesising insights to inform product and service decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and support.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid‑market accounts, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex seller needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑starter who can operate autonomously while collaborating with peers.
