About the role
Corpay is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with its top 50 Asia Desk clients. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, understanding FX and currency risk needs, and identifying opportunities for deeper partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of the top 50 Asia Desk clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Organise regular client catch‑ups, off‑site events, and provide market updates, FX insights, and relevant research.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor client KPIs, and report engagement, retention, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed and resolved promptly.
Required profile
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in financial markets with an understanding of FX hedging principles or a strong willingness to develop this expertise.
- Ability to work in a metrics‑driven environment and liaise with senior executives.
Required skills
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM system.
