Store Manager – Monee Ponds

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the store to achieve its budget and sales targets while fostering an exceptional, customer‑centric culture. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding service and support customers in achieving better sleep.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team to meet commercial targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with sleep physicians, general physicians, sleep laboratories and allied health professionals to grow business.
• Manage staff leave, rosters and ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with sales volumes.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor new staff as needed.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, transfers and merchandising.
• Collaborate with multi‑function teams and other store managers.

Required profile

• Proven success in retail management.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and lead a team through change.
• Sales‑focused, goal‑driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Knowledge of relevant practices and procedures within the area of responsibility.
