Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

The Store Manager leads the store’s daily operations, drives sales performance and ensures an exceptional, customer‑centric experience. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will inspire your team to meet budget targets while supporting customers in achieving better sleep.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve commercial targets and KPIs.
• Build relationships with sleep physicians, general physicians, sleep laboratories and allied health professionals to grow business.
• Manage staffing levels, rosters and leave applications to align with sales volume.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor new staff members.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, transfers and merchandising.
• Collaborate with multi‑function teams and other store managers.

Required profile

• Proven success in retail management.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and lead a team through change.
• Sales‑focused, goal‑driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Knowledge of relevant practices and procedures within the area of responsibility.
