Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for operating the store efficiently, achieving budget targets and fostering an exceptional customer‑centric culture. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will lead a team to meet sales, KPI and service goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve commercial targets.
• Build relationships with sleep physicians, general physicians, sleep laboratories and allied health professionals.
• Manage staff leave, rosters and ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor staff as required.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, transfers and merchandising.
• Collaborate with multi‑function teams and other store managers.

Required profile

• Proven success in retail management.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and lead teams through change.
• Sales‑focused and goal‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
