About the role
Lead a BWS store in Mundaring, creating an energetic, customer‑centric environment while driving sales and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire, develop and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and budgets.
- Oversee inventory, housekeeping and daily operational tasks.
- Promote a safety‑first, continuous‑improvement culture.
- Identify growth opportunities and deliver on business objectives and KPIs.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fast‑paced retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong people leadership, detail‑orientation and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and creating an engaging store atmosphere.
- Ability to develop team members and foster community connections.
