Store Manager

About the role

You will lead from the floor, connecting with your team and community while making smart commercial decisions to bring the Arc’teryx vision to the Emporium store. This role blends world‑class gear with world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach and lead an engaged, high‑performing team, delivering a best‑in‑class guest experience.
• Launch and run a commercially successful store, managing labour, expenses and inventory with discipline and strategy.
• Own the end‑to‑end employee experience from hiring to development.
• Create a store culture that reflects Arc’teryx values and connects with the local community.
• Manage product flow, inventory and visual merchandising while championing sustainability and innovation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of multi‑faceted retail leadership experience.
• Commercially minded with proven financial acumen (budgeting, margin, expense control).
• Passion for sustainability, circularity and outdoor exploration.
• Ability to embrace change, ambiguity and opportunity with a calm, solutions‑first mindset.
