About the role

Salomon is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates for its Emporium in Melbourne to deliver an exceptional retail experience during the busy holiday season. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect outdoor gear.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, using product knowledge to guide purchases and drive sales.
• Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organised sales floor and stockroom, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Address complaints promptly, turning issues into positive experiences.
• Support replenishment, pricing, and promotional set‑up tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• High energy, positive attitude and strong curiosity about outdoor products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teammates.
• Availability throughout the holiday period (26 Oct 2026 – 31 Jan 2027).
