Customer Success Manager – Education Enterprise

About the role

Join Xplor’s Education team as a Customer Success Manager for enterprise accounts in Australia. You will build long‑term partnerships with leading Early Childhood Education and Care providers, driving adoption, value and revenue across strategic portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Own executive‑level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute multi‑year success plans, aligning Xplor Education solutions with customer business goals.
• Lead strategic business reviews, renewal negotiations and expansion initiatives.
• Manage complex initiatives such as software migrations, service transformations and change‑management programmes.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunities and account plans in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of contract renewals and growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM platform).
• Experience delivering customer enablement, workshops or product demonstrations.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and create strategic plans.
