Regional Sales Director – Government Solutions

You've sold technology to cities. Now help change how cities work. Archistar is looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Director – Government Solutions to drive growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory strategy across Australian local and state government.
• Create and develop a strong pipeline of new government opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with council executives, planning and development leaders, CIOs and procurement teams.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through demonstrations, business cases, procurement and contract.
• Navigate tenders, RFQs, RFPs and public‑sector decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with Government Solutions, Customer, Product, Technology and Marketing teams to turn opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong track record selling into Australian local or state government.
• Established relationships within the Australian government or GovTech ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success creating pipeline and winning new government customers.
• Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales and navigating government procurement processes.
• History of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.
