Store Manager – Greenwood Plaza

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our vibrant Greenwood Plaza team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering a high‑performing store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve excellence in customer service, store presentation and KPI targets.
• Manage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising and promotional execution.
• Drive sales through authentic customer engagement and motivate the team to exceed performance goals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, people‑first leader with genuine passion for retail and team development.
• Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Values‑led communicator who leads by example in a customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Strong visual merchandising abilities and an eye for presentation.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training, inventory and promotional activities.
