Store Manager - Arc'teryx Burnside

About the role

Arc'teryx is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Burnside store in Adelaide. The role is about building community, making smart commercial decisions and bringing the brand's vision to life, connecting a world-class product with a world-class guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead an engaged, high-performing team
• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience from the floor
• Launch and run a commercially successful store, overseeing labour, expenses and inventory
• Own the employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to coaching and development
• Create a store culture reflecting Arc'teryx values and connecting with the local community
• Manage product flow, visual merchandising and inventory operations
• Lead weekly leadership huddles to align people, product, operations and community

Required profile

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded, balancing people, product and profit
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, expense management and performance driving
• Passionate about sustainability, innovation, community and the outdoors
• Collaborative, adaptable and authentic in communication
