Client Executive - Insurance Broking

About the role

Gallagher, a global leader in insurance broking, risk management and consulting, is looking for a Client Executive in Adelaide. You will manage and grow client relationships while driving sales growth, retaining existing clients, identifying new business and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
• Manage client accounts proactively and deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to deliver outcomes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Support claims personnel in negotiating equitable settlements for clients
• Apply ethical and professional standards to uphold Gallagher's reputation

Required profile

• Proven experience in client servicing and business development, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Tier 1 qualification desirable, or willingness to complete one within the first 6 months (supported by Gallagher)
• Proactive mindset able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Strong sales acumen with a strategic approach to targeted selling
• Negotiation and relationship management skills
