About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s growing Speech Pathology team in Perth, delivering community‑based services across homes, schools and local settings. The role supports participants of all ages to achieve meaningful communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the community.
• Manage and prioritize your own caseload, completing observations and standardized assessments.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy to build communication skills and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.

Required profile

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
• A passion for working in a multidisciplinary team and interest in pediatrics or complex needs.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct standardized assessments and set meaningful goals.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence‑based speech therapy interventions.
