About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s growing Occupational Therapy team in Perth. The role offers flexibility to work across community settings, clinics and homes, supporting participants of all ages to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned with your interests, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical domains.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions, including environmental modification advice and Assistive Technology recommendations.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with NDIS legislation and guidelines.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Client‑centred mindset with a passion for the disability and community sector.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and intervention planning.
• Assistive Technology (AT) recommendation and facilitation.
• Environmental modification advice for homes, schools and workplaces.
