Solutions Sales Director – Entity & Subsidiary Management

About the role

The Solutions Sales Director will drive revenue growth for Diligent’s entity and subsidiary management solutions, managing complex accounts and long sales cycles while promoting the Diligent One Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Diligent’s Entities and Subsidiaries Management solutions.
• Prospect and manage new and existing large accounts within the territory.
• Apply a consultative solutions‑selling approach using deep domain expertise.
• Develop strategic account plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams and execute end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product, marketing and sales stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in the entity management space as a practitioner or seller of related tools.
• Strong business acumen, relationship‑building ability and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset with curiosity about industry trends and customer challenges.
