Site Supervisor – High‑rise Residential Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the fit‑out of a high‑rise residential building in Adelaide. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will ensure that construction activities run smoothly, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site construction activities, including subcontractors, labour and material deliveries.
• Oversee the quality and progress of subcontractors’ work.
• Liaise with subcontractors to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in project development and management according to the Project Management Plan.
• Interpret contract documentation to fully understand project scope.
• Ensure compliance with Hindmarsh’s SQE policies and Management Systems.
• Manage site issues and subcontractor performance in line with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Trade background (preferred).
• Experience on high‑rise projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
