Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor to lead major remedial, structural and refurbishment projects across Australia. The position is nationally based, allowing you to reside in any state while travelling to project sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day site delivery for large‑scale remedial and structural upgrade works.
• Manage subcontractors, site crews, equipment, materials and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee site safety, risk controls and environmental requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on complex remedial activities and construction staging.
• Support project teams with temporary works, constructability and methodology development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and regional teams.
• Contribute to project reporting, progress tracking and performance management.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil or refurbishment works.
• Proven leadership in brownfield or live operational environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and performance.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
