Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Ready to take the next step in your construction career? Burbank is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high‑quality homes across Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs. You will own multiple residential builds, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple home builds end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate trades and site activity.
• Schedule works and manage timelines.
• Complete QA inspections and ClickHome updates.
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Site management experience in residential construction (volume preferred).
• Strong trade coordination skills.
• Building & Construction qualification.
• Solid understanding of building codes and OH&S.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• White Card & Driver’s Licence (Builder’s Licence advantageous).
