Site Manager – Luxury Apartment Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Class 2 Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $20 million luxury apartment project in Bondi Beach. You will own the site from mobilisation through handover, working closely with a collaborative project team to ensure the development meets premium residential standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the $20 M Class 2 residential project.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
• Drive site safety and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and site team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain exceptional build quality in line with high‑end residential expectations.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, trades and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects as a Site Manager.
• Strong understanding of structural, heritage façade and high‑end finishes.
• Hands‑on leader who enjoys being on site and driving outcomes.
• Excellent planning, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Trade or construction qualifications are highly regarded.
• Genuine passion for delivering quality projects.
