About the role
Hays is recruiting Site Managers for commercial Tier 3 builders delivering fast‑paced, tilt‑up construction projects. You will lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily on‑site activities and coordinate trades.
- Monitor progress and budgets for projects such as fuel stations, retail and hospitality builds.
Required profile
- Proven experience in tilt‑up construction.
- Ability to oversee commercial construction projects for Tier 3 builders.
