Site Manager - Fit Out and Refurbishment

About the role

Join a well‑established fit‑out and refurbishment contractor to lead a landmark $20M commercial project. You will oversee site operations from start to finish, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and act as the primary client liaison throughout construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and ensure programme delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Maintain exceptional quality, safety standards and high‑end finishes.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee detailed joinery packages and premium fit‑out elements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Carpentry trade background preferred.
• Proven delivery of projects valued around $10M‑$20M+.
• Strong understanding of high‑end joinery and finishes.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
• Proactive, team‑first approach aligned with a collaborative culture.
