Service Program Coordinator

About the role

Join Toyota's Quality & Service division as a Service Program Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the Toyota Service Advantage (TSA) and Capped Price Service (CPS) programs. This permanent full‑time role is based in Altona North with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain service program processes, ensuring compliance and accurate communication of updates.
• Administer program guidelines, including dealer reimbursements, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Conduct audits and compliance checks to safeguard program integrity and financial sustainability.
• Act as primary contact for dealers and stakeholders, providing guidance and resolving queries.
• Maintain and analyse program data, delivering insights for business planning and budgeting.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coordinating administrative or customer‑focused programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail with proven data validation and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP and other business systems.
• Strong data entry and data management capabilities.
