Service Desk Analyst

About the role

Join Goodman Fielder as a Service Desk Analyst and become the first point of contact for IT support. You will help keep the organisation running smoothly by delivering timely and effective technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, email, chat, or the ITSM platform, resolving or escalating issues efficiently.
• Log all interactions accurately and collaborate with the team to meet SLA targets.
• Respond to urgent, high‑priority incidents following established protocols to maintain business continuity.
• Participate in team meetings and knowledge‑sharing sessions to improve service delivery.
