Servery Staff

About the role

Anglicare Sydney is looking for a Servery Staff member for its Dorothy Boyt House. Servery staff deliver high-quality care and create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents' health, dignity and emotional wellbeing, working closely with the kitchen and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food and serve meals
• Set up dining areas with care
• Support dietary needs and meal choices (guidance provided)
• Keep kitchen areas clean and safe
• Interact with residents with warmth and dignity

Required profile

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid Certificate
• 6 months of experience in food service or the kitchen
• Preferred: Food Handling Certificate, hospitality or customer service experience

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Attention to detail to follow dietary requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A kind, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
