Senior Speech Pathologist – Paediatrics

About the role

Join AIM Therapy for Children in Canning Vale as a Senior Speech Pathologist working with paediatric clients. You will deliver fun, functional, family‑focused therapy in clinic, community and school settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial appointments and build rapport with new families.
• Design and run creative therapy sessions in vibrant clinic spaces and community locations.
• Collaborate with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
• Review therapy progress, plan next steps and support transitions.
• Participate in a strong professional development program.

Required profile

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
