Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our close‑knit Perth team. You will manage a culturally and linguistically diverse caseload while building and maintaining strong client and employer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide return‑to‑work services that ensure safe and sustainable outcomes for injured clients and their employers.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach, expanding existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support team development by sharing RTW framework knowledge and best practices.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members and students.
• Participate in critical case reviews with key stakeholders.
• Represent Kairros at public forums and events as required.

Required profile

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• Prior experience in an occupational rehabilitation role.
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver’s licence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management ability to handle competing priorities.
